When purchasing please understand that their is a 3-5 day shipping process for all online orders. We do offer exchanges for any incorrect unopened packages. When booking online or inquiring about a service our customer service operators are available 24/7 for assistance. If this is your first time trying hair or lash extensions please contact your stylist or customer service for assistance we want you to achieve the look your going for. 

*All services require a nonrefundable deposit fee that is deducted from the overall cost of the appointment. Failure to notify of cancellation within 24 hours of appointment will result in a cancellation fee.*

Privacy & Safety

All purchases made online with credit cards information is not saved to secure the privacy of the customer. All photographs and videos posted on this page are with the consent of the customer. If you would like to be shown on the page please tag us when you purchase or receive our products.
